"Ready to Pop"

My mom was in town for a few weeks visiting and helping me prepare for next month, and I can't express how grateful I am for that. She helped clean my house, got everything organized, and just helped me get the house more in order so I felt a little more prepared. Honestly, I know that nothing will really prepare me for what lies ahead, but I am ready to find out. My sister and her daughter, Erin and Mckenna, also came to visit for a week. While they were in town, Erin and Lindsay (my other sister who lives here) planned a baby shower for me. The theme was "Ready to Pop", and it was adorable.

It was at my sister in law Holly's house and it was nice to have my family and friends there for me.

My Aunt Joan (on the left) and my mom (on the right).

From left to right, my other mother, Kay. Then my sister, Lindsay. My friend Megan, and a close family friend, Joanne.

My sister in law Samera, and cousin Tenille.

My Aunt DeeDee and Nana.

Aunt Toni and sister in law Holly.

My friends Nicki and Jill.

More friends...Ashlee, Monica, and Danielle.

My mom, Lindsay, and Erin.

To go along with the theme... Poppyseed muffins, popcorn, soda pop, caramel pops, and bubble gum.

I have the best family and friends. It's nice to know that I have people to count on and people who love me. I got lots of gifts for Lincoln and am so appreciative to everyone who came!

On a different note, Trevor's sister had her engagement party this month as well. Her and Steve are getting married in Hawaii next week, and I am so sad that we can't be there!! While we were at the party, Trevor was taking lots of fun pictures with our sweet new camera (that he won at a work party) so we decided to take a few "family" pictures.

I love this man more than anything in the world. I never thought it was possible to love someone so much, but it is the best feeling in the world and it is so nice knowing that I have someone that I can share anything and everything with for the rest of my life. I love having a best friend that will never judge me or turn away from me when I need him, and knowing that he loves me ALL the time... no matter what I have done or what I look like that day. He loves me... and for that I am the luckiest girl in the world.
